Travertine and Walnut Wood Ceiling Pendant Light

A short, wide pendant built from a cylinder of natural travertine with a walnut wood band wrapped around its middle. The stone is open at the bottom, so most of the light drops straight down in a warm pool, with a softer wash escaping between the wood band and the stone. At 17 cm (6.7") across and 12.5 cm (4.9") tall in the single version, it is a small fitting — the kind that hangs low beside a bed or over a compact table rather than lighting a whole room. Multi-head versions on a linear bar are available for wider spans.

Key Features

• Real travertine, no two the same: The shade is cut from authentic travertine, so the pitting, veining and small surface holes vary from piece to piece. That is normal for the stone and part of how it looks lit from within.
• Light that points down: The open base throws a defined circle of light onto whatever sits below — a bedside table, a worktop, a place setting. A thinner band of glow slips out around the wood collar and lifts the stone itself.
• Walnut wood band: A walnut band rings the travertine at its widest point, breaking the stone into two tiers and adding a warmer, darker line against the pale surface.
• Takes a standard E27 bulb: The lampholder is E27, the common screw cap, so you can choose the brightness and warmth yourself. No bulb is supplied with the fitting.
• Cable you can set to height: Hardwired to a ceiling rose on a 150 cm (59.1") brown flex, which can be shortened at installation to hang the shade exactly where you want it.
• Single or multi-head: Choose the single 17 cm (6.7") pendant, or a 2, 3 or 4 head version on a linear bar up to 100 cm (39.4") long for a run over a table or island.

Hang the single pendant low over a bedside table, a console or a breakfast bar where its narrow pool of light is an advantage. For a dining table or kitchen island, the 2, 3 and 4 head bars spread the same shade along the length of the surface.
