Shipping and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Our typical delivery times range from 4 to 11 business days and consist of two phases:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (order confirmation, adjustment, quality check, packaging)
- Shipping time: 3–8 business days (depending on the destination)
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order at any time using our tracking page (see the top menu).
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to most regions. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will notify you and offer an alternative solution or a refund.
Returns and Refunds
How can I return an item?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please include the tracking number. Contact our customer service to register your return.
What if I receive a defective item?
Please contact our support team as soon as possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photo documentation. We’ll inform you of the next steps for returning the defective item.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend returning the incorrect product and placing a new order for the desired item.
