Retro Profiled Glass Semi-Flush Ceiling Light

A rounded, ribbed glass shade held close to the ceiling on a short metal rod, with a decorative cast ceiling plate and a small finial underneath. The glass softens the single bulb into an even glow that spreads sideways as well as down, so it lights a room without a hard pool of light on the floor. It takes one E27 bulb up to 40 W, or the LED equivalent, and works with a dimmer if you have one. Choose the 32 cm (12.6") version to sit tight to the ceiling, or the 52 cm (20.5") for a longer rod and more of a hanging look.
