Bent Arm Industrial Flush Ceiling Light, Exposed Bulbs

A wide, flat ceiling light built from slim bent metal arms that spread out from a single round plate. Each arm ends in an exposed lampholder, so the light comes from the bulbs themselves and washes across the ceiling as well as down into the room. It sits close to the ceiling, which makes it a sensible choice where a hanging pendant would be in the way. Four, six and eight-arm versions are available, in two arm layouts for the six-light option.

• Light in several directions: The arms point outwards at slightly different angles, so the bulbs throw light across a broad area rather than a single pool. With no shades, the ceiling reflects a good deal of it back into the room.
• Takes standard E27 bulbs: Every lampholder is an E27 screw fitting, and LED bulbs come supplied. Because the bulbs are on show, the shape you choose - round globe, teardrop or filament - changes the look of the whole piece.
• Flush to the ceiling: It fixes straight onto a ceiling plate with no drop, so it clears heads in rooms with lower ceilings, hallways and landings.
• Choose the spread to suit the room: The four-arm version measures 60 cm (23.6") across, the six-arm versions 80 cm (31.5") and the eight-arm version 67 cm (26.4") by 120 cm (47.2") - pick the size that suits the floor area you need to cover.
• Black metal frame: Slim black metal tubing with a matching round backplate and lampholders. The thin profile reads as graphic rather than heavy against a plain ceiling.
• Warm or cool light: The supplied bulbs come in warm white or cool white; choose at checkout. The fitting itself is not dimmable.
